2. Payment of the deposit of £495 must be made before any confirmed place is offered. If we are unable to offer you a place, your deposit will be refunded in full. 3. Once accepted on the course, we will write to you with venue information and directions together with any other information you need. 4. The rest of the fee once the deposit has been paid (i.e. £1000 balance) can be paid in four instalments of £250, with each instalment due two weeks before the course sessions start. There is an early bird discount of £95 if you pay the full course fee upon booking by 15/10/08 making the total due £1400 instead of £1495. 5. Course times - we will confirm exact hours when we reply to you before the course starts. We will clown for at least 5 hours on each day of the course. 6. The Ibiza residential session includes all food and accommodation. 7. If you cancel at least six weeks before the course starts, you will receive a refund of course fees, less the deposit, which is non-returnable. However, no refunds are given if you leave early or don't attend or if you give notice later than six weeks before the course starts. 8. You commit to attend all four sessions of the training and to pay for all sections of the course whether in fact you attend or not. 9. Every attempt will be made to run the sessions on the dates indicated. If for reasons beyond our control we notify you that this is not possible, or if you are unable to attend any session because of serious personal circumstances, provided you have paid for that session, you will be entitled to appropriate training from us in lieu of the session - either at a future date on the course the following year, or by way of private tuition at a mutually agreed time and place. 10. We shall need valid credit/ debit card details from you as a guarantee when you book the training and you hereby authorise us to charge that card for payment of the sessions if you do not make other acceptable payment arrangements with us.
